Chad joined the firm in 2007. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, graduating Magna Cum Laude, as well as his Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Tyler. Chad is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP).

Chad's practice focuses primarily on tax services. He represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service, the State of Texas, and other taxing authorities. He has extensive experience in resolving difficult IRS issues. Chad also assists in a wide range of litigation and fraud engagements.

Chad is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA), East Texas Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (ETCPA), and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

Chad lives in Tyler with his wife, Maegan.
